Century Plaza & Parkins Ridge-Greenville:
Each year, Leadwell 360 partners with local vendors to provide our partner school-aged residents with essential back-to-school supplies. On Thursday, August 6, 2026, 10 Century Plaza residents received backpacks and school supplies at an on-site distribution. Additionally, four Parkins Ridge residents received supplies hand-delivered to their homes on Friday, August 7, 2026. We are grateful to our community partners for helping our residents prepare for a successful school year!

On Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., Leadwell 360 held its annual Back-to-School Supply Drive for school-aged residents at Paris Park and Vista West I, II, and III. A total of 51 residents received backpacks and school supplies, all hand-delivered directly to their homes.
Additionally, the Paris Park Residents’ Council held its inaugural meeting on Thursday, August 27, 2026, providing residents an opportunity to collaborate on community events, share ideas, and address concerns. Residents at Vista West I, II, and III were also invited to sign up for fresh vegetable baskets, with six households receiving baskets across the properties.

On Monday, June 22, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., residents at The Spruce were invited to enjoy an Outdoor Ice Cream Social. Residents gathered to enjoy a variety of ice cream toppings, spend time outdoors, and connect with their neighbors while building community.
The Wren-Spartanburg:
The residents of The Wren were invited to enjoy some Summer fun during an Ice Cream Social held on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Residents gathered outdoors to enjoy refreshing treats, connect with neighbors, and celebrate the season. Residents especially enjoyed creating their own ice cream cups with a variety of toppings!
Trailside on Main-Spartanburg:
Residents and staff of Trailside on Main were invited to beat the summer heat and enjoy a refreshing treat together. On Monday, June 22, 2026, from 5:30–6:30 p.m., residents gathered for an Ice Cream Social, providing an opportunity to connect with neighbors and enjoy some summer fun. The children were especially excited to participate and enjoy the sweet treats!
Paris Park-Greenville:
On Friday, June 26, 2026, from 4:00–6:00 p.m., Paris Park residents were invited to an Ice Cream Social to enjoy a refreshing treat while connecting with neighbors and building community relationships. Residents were also encouraged to sign up for the Paris Park Residents’ Council and become actively involved in shaping their community.
Mauldin Meadows-Greenville:
On Thursday, June 4, 2026, the Mauldin Meadows Residents’ Council held its first meeting from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Residents came together to discuss community events, share ideas, and address concerns. The meeting provided an opportunity for residents to collaborate and contribute to shaping the future of their community. Residents also enjoyed an ice cream bar, yum!

On Saturday, May 23, 2026, residents of Harmony Ridge came together to celebrate Memorial Day at a community cookout. Residents enjoyed a variety of cookout favorites, including hot dogs and hamburgers, while participating in games and social activities throughout the event.
The gathering provided an excellent opportunity for neighbors to connect and strengthen the sense of community that makes Harmony Ridge such a welcoming place to live. One of the highlights of the day was a lively game of BINGO, where residents enthusiastically embraced the friendly competition. The event was a great success and reflected the strong community spirit shared by Harmony Ridge residents.
Parkins Ridge-Greenville:
On Saturday, May 9, 2026, residents of Parkins Ridge Townhomes came together to celebrate Mother’s Day during a special community event. Children were invited to plant herb seedlings and decorate clay pots as thoughtful gifts for their mothers. The event was exceptionally well attended, with residents enthusiastically participating in the activity and enjoying the opportunity to celebrate the mothers in their community. We were thrilled by the outstanding level of engagement, making this the largest event turnout at Parkins Ridge Townhomes to date.
Century Plaza-Greenville:
On Thursday, May 21, 2026, residents of Century Plaza gathered to enjoy a community Memorial Day Cookout hosted by the Leadwell 360 team. Thomas Wood, Supportive Services Consultant, generously prepared homemade smoked BBQ Boston butts, which were served to residents during the event.
Despite rainy weather, residents came together to share a meal, connect with their neighbors, and celebrate the holiday in a welcoming atmosphere. The cookout was a great success, strengthening community relationships and demonstrating the power of fellowship and engagement through shared experiences.
Overbrook Riley-Greenville:
On Saturday, May 9, 2026, the children of Overbrook Riley Apartments gathered to participate in a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the opening of their new community library. The children were enthusiastic about this exciting addition to their community and eager to explore the new resource.
Following the ceremony, residents celebrated Mother’s Day with a special seedling activity, during which children decorated clay pots and planted herb seedlings as thoughtful gifts for their mothers. Both events were well attended and highly successful, fostering community engagement, creativity, and meaningful family connections.
The Bryant and Willow Lakes-Spartanburg:
On Friday, May 8, 2026, residents of The Bryant and Willow Lakes gathered to register for the Spartanburg YMCA’s Swim Safety Program for the upcoming summer season. This marks the first collaboration between Leadwell 360 and the YMCA at our Spartanburg properties, and we are excited to introduce this valuable partnership to our residents. We believe swim safety education is an essential resource for families, particularly in communities with swimming pool access. Through this initiative, we aim to promote water safety awareness, build confidence around aquatic environments, and help ensure a safer summer for our residents.
The Spruce-Spartanburg:
On Monday, May 11, 2026, residents of The Spruce were invited to participate in a Seedling Event hosted by the Leadwell 360 team. During the event, residents decorated clay pots with paint markers and planted herb seedlings to create thoughtful Mother’s Day gifts for their mothers. This activity provided an opportunity for residents to express creativity, develop fine motor skills, and engage in a meaningful seasonal celebration.
Trailside on Main:
On Friday, May 29, 2026, the Leadwell 360 team and NOAH Property Management staff enjoyed a Summer Kickoff Cookout for the residents at Trailside on Main. We grilled hot dogs and hamburgers and enjoyed community over yard games and good food. We love an opportunity to get outside and celebrate with our residents at Trailside.

On Friday, May 8, 2026, the Leadwell 360 team celebrated the mothers of Paris Park and Vista West Apartments with a special Mother’s Day Seedling Event. Children were invited to decorate clay pots and plant seedlings as thoughtful gifts for their mothers, while mothers enjoyed sandwiches and light refreshments. The event provided an opportunity for residents to express their creativity, foster meaningful connections, and strengthen the sense of community at both properties.
Mauldin Meadows-Greenville:
On Friday, May 8, 2026, the Leadwell 360 team celebrated the mothers of Mauldin Meadows Apartments with a special “Bouquets for Mothers” event. Hosted by Keyisha, the event provided children with the opportunity to create and present handmade bouquets of fresh flowers to their mothers in honor of Mother’s Day. The event was well attended, and the children enthusiastically participated in the activity, taking pride in creating meaningful gifts to make their mothers feel appreciated and celebrated on their special day.

On Friday, April 10, 2026, Lorain Crowl, Thomas Wood, and Keyisha Smith hosted a Spring Luncheon for residents of Harmony Ridge Apartments. Residents gathered to enjoy a homemade meal featuring ham, macaroni and cheese, green beans, and a roll.
The Harmony Ridge community continues to demonstrate strong engagement, and we are grateful to our partners at The Greenville Housing Fund and to the residents for their ongoing participation and support.
The Riley, The Sullivan, Century Plaza, and Parkins Ridge-Greenville:
On Saturday, April 4, 2026, Lorain Crowl hosted an Easter event for residents of The Riley and The Sullivan Apartments. The event included an Easter egg hunt and a visit from the Easter Bunny for photos. Residents also gathered to enjoy snacks and refreshments, fostering a sense of community across both properties.
In addition, residents across all properties have completed Financial Empowerment Training led by Lorain Crowl. Participation was strong, with residents showing a clear interest in topics such as budgeting, credit building, and overall financial wellness. This training will continue to be offered throughout our portfolio.
The Oaks at Laurel Baye-Greenville:
On Saturday, April 3, 2026, Lorain Crowl and Thomas Wood hosted an Easter luncheon for residents of The Oaks at Laurel Baye. Residents gathered to enjoy a homemade meal featuring ham, macaroni and cheese, green beans, and a roll. The Oaks at Laurel Baye continues to demonstrate strong resident participation and community.
The Bryant and Willow Lakes-Spartanburg:
Rachel Davidson, Supportive Services Consultant, established a partnership with New Life Deliverance Worship Center to support residents of The Bryant and Willow Lakes. The church visits The Bryant every other Saturday to distribute food and share a brief message and testimony on the basketball court.
The goal of this partnership is to provide a positive support system for residents across both communities. To date, visits have taken place on April 11 and April 20.
The Wren, The Spruce, and The Glade-Spartanburg:
Tara Collins hosted a property-wide Easter egg hunt for residents of The Wren, The Spruce, and The Glade on Saturday, April 3, 2026. Residents were encouraged to participate in the egg hunt and submit photos to determine winners at each property. Winners received complimentary cleaning supplies, and children were given candy as prizes. The event saw strong participation across all three communities and was a great overall success.
Trailside on Main-Spartanburg:
On Monday, April 20, 2026, Keyisha Smith, Support Services Consultant, hosted a seedling event for residents of Trailside on Main. Residents gathered to plant fresh herbs in celebration of the new season. The activity was well attended and supported community engagement while encouraging themes of patience, kindness, and growth. To date, this event marked the largest turnout at the property.
Paris Park and Vista West, I, II, and III-Greenville:
On Saturday, March 4, 2026, Lyndsie Greinke and the Region 2 team at NOAH Property Management hosted an Easter event at Paris Park Apartments. The celebration featured an egg hunt with over 700 eggs, a visit from the Easter Bunny for photos, and complimentary food and refreshments, including grilled hot dogs and chips.
Nearly 100 residents from Paris Park Apartments and Vista West Properties attended, marking the largest event turnout to date. We are grateful to NOAH Property Management and the residents of both communities for their participation and support.
Mauldin Meadows-Greenville:
On April 3, 2026, Keyisha Smith hosted an Easter event for residents of Mauldin Meadows. Residents enjoyed photos with the Easter Bunny, along with snacks and refreshments. The children were especially excited to see the Easter Bunny in their community.

On March 12, residents of Harmony Ridge gathered to enjoy a St. Patrick’s Day luncheon provided by Lorain Crowl. The event featured several lively rounds of bingo, a favorite among residents who enjoy friendly competition. The strong sense of community at Harmony Ridge continues to thrive, and we are truly grateful for our residents.
The Riley, The Sullivan, Century Plaza, and Parkins Ridge-Greenville:
Residents of The Riley, The Sullivan, Century Plaza, and Parkins Ridge were invited to participate in a three-course financial empowerment training series led by Lorain Crowl, Strategic Planner. To date, participants have completed two of the three sessions, with the final class scheduled for Tuesday, April 28. Residents have remained highly engaged throughout the program and have demonstrated meaningful progress.
In addition, Lorain Crowl and Thomas Wood organized a Vietnam Veteran Celebration for the veteran residents of Century Plaza on March 26. The event honored their service and included the distribution of spring-cleaning supplies, along with a homemade barbecue meal for attendees.
The Oaks at Laurel Baye-Greenville:
Chayah Church of Worship partnered with our team to host an Easter service for residents at The Oaks at Laurel Baye on March 21. The event provided an opportunity for residents to gather over a shared meal, foster a sense of community, and participate in worship together. We are grateful for both our longstanding and new partners who continue to deliver meaningful services and enrich the lives of our residents.

Residents were encouraged to RSVP to receive complimentary cleaning supplies. The first ten residents at each location to RSVP received items including dish soap, a sponge, all-purpose cleaner, and a spring-themed kitchen towel. A cleaning checklist was also provided to serve as a guide in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized home environment.

Attendees enjoyed deli sandwiches, fruit, and light refreshments while participating in multiple rounds of BINGO. The event was well received, reflecting strong resident engagement in recreational activities. BINGO winners received “Loads of Love” items, including laundry detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets.
Parkins Ridge-Greenville:
On Friday, February 13, 2026, Lyndsie Greinke, Program Development Consultant, and Thomas Wood, Supportive Services Consultant, hosted a Bus Stop Valentine’s event for youth residents of Parkins Ridge. In partnership with Josh Good of the Greenville Housing Fund, the team distributed Valentine’s Day candy bags and cards to children as they exited the bus, providing a positive and engaging seasonal outreach activity.
Century Plaza-Greenville:
On Tuesday, February 10, 2026, Thomas Wood, Supportive Services Consultant, and Lorain Crowl, Strategic Planner, hosted a “Loads of Love” Valentine’s Day event for residents of Century Plaza Apartments. Residents were invited to RSVP to receive complimentary laundry supplies, including detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets. The event also provided an opportunity for meaningful engagement, with Thomas connecting directly with several veteran residents to build rapport and strengthen relationships.
The Riley-Greenville:
On Thursday, February 19, 2026, Lorain Crowl, Strategic Planner, and Lyndsie Greinke, Program Development Consultant, hosted a Residents’ Council meeting and “Loads of Love” event for residents of The Riley. Attendees received information about supportive services and Leadwell 360 while enjoying light refreshments. Residents who participated in the Residents’ Council also received laundry supplies, including detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets.

Children participated in Valentine’s Day craft activities and received pizza and Valentine’s Day candy. The event was well attended, reflecting strong resident engagement at The Sullivan.

This partnership provided an opportunity to foster community engagement and connection among residents of The Bryant.

On February 7, 2026, Keyisha Smith, Supportive Services Consultant, partnered with Victory Life Christian Center (Pastor Bruce) to host a “Loads of Love” event for the residents of Mauldin Meadows Apartments. The first 10 residents to RSVP received laundry supplies: detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets, as well as a $25 gift card for laundry services. Light refreshments and snacks were also provided.

With the new year comes reflection. The Leadwell 360 team began the year by recognizing the impact made across our 15-property portfolio in 2025. Our efforts included 3,248 acts of service; connecting 1,099 households to rental and utility assistance; providing food to 176 households; equipping 192 children with backpacks and school supplies; hosting 76 community events; supporting 63 children through swim lessons; linking 72 households to job training, essential goods, and health services; assisting 14 veterans with housing and support services; and helping 25 individuals transition out of homelessness.
