By Bringing Learning Opportunities On-site.
Many of the residents we serve face financial barriers that limit their ability to participate in activities outside of work or school, either for themselves or their children. We strive to bring meaningful on-site opportunities that support upward mobility and encourage new experiences like dance classes, water safety classes, parenting classes and more.
By Creating Activities with a Purpose.
We believe the only way to create a sense of community is through intentionality. We host all kinds of activities aimed at getting families and neighbors together like Easter egg hunts, fall festivals, Bingo game days, ice cream socials and more!
By Providing Connections to Community Resources.
Because of financial constraints, our residents are often forced to choose between paying rent and other bills or providing essentials such as food, medical care, and school supplies for their families. Our Leadwell 360 consultants connect families with community resources that help ease these burdens. Through our program, residents also have access to opportunities such as job training, education, and financial empowerment classes.
