Leadwell 360 Updates

February 2025

In 2024, our Leadwell 360 team had the privilege of collaborating with so many awesome organizations and individuals dedicated to improving the lives of others. Our Leadwell 360 2024 Impact Report offers a snapshot of our work together. We are grateful to all our partners. These are the people who never hesitate to roll up their sleeves and pitch in to help those in need.


Leadwell 360 was sure to spread the love to our residents this February!

Trailside on Main-Spartanburg:

We held our first Meet and Greet at Trailside on Main in Spartanburg on Thursday, February 06, 2025, to introduce our Supportive Services Program to residents. We took the opportunity to share our supportive services flyers along with Valentine treat bags and cards for the children. We were excited to meet many of the residents and look forward to working with them.

Century Plaza-Greenville:

We were also excited to meet some of the residents and their children at Century Plaza Apartments on Saturday, February 08, 2025. While the team got to know the parents, the children colored their favorite characters like Bluey and Peppa Pig. They also received a Valentine treat bag and cards to share with their friends.

The Sullivan-Greenville:

We held a Teen Game Night at The Sullivan Apartments on Tuesday, February 11, 2025. We shared pizza, cupcakes, and Valentine treat bags with nearly 30 children in The Sullivan community while they designed their own Vision Boards, played TikTok Mash, Jenga, Dominos, Bingo, Trivia, Tag, and more.

Harmony Ridge- Travelers Rest:

We love spending time with our seniors at Harmony Ridge! On Friday, February 14, 2025, we held a Bingo Bonanza for the residents. The group enjoyed Valentine cupcakes and Bingo prizes like fuzzy socks, chocolate candy, calendars, notebooks, and more.

The Oaks at Laurel Baye-Greenville:

Our seniors at The Oaks at Laurel Baye were surprised by our Supportive Services Team who hung Valentine treat bags and cards on every door.

Paris Park/Vista West I and II-Greenville:

Our team was on-site on Friday, February 14, 2025, to greet potential new and current residents, providing information on our Supportive Services Program and handing out Valentine treat bags to the community.

Mauldin Meadows-Greenville:

We were excited to be at Mauldin Meadows to host a Heart Healthy Event on Saturday, February 22, 2025. The Supportive Services team at Leadwell 360 invited a local healthcare team to share heart-healthy tips as well as provided blood pressure and glucose checks. We also introduced the Supportive Services Program to residents.

December 2024

๐ŸŽ„ A Heartfelt Thank You! ๐ŸŽ„

We want to extend a huge THANK YOU to all the incredible donors who made this holiday season brighter for so many in our community. Your generosity brought smiles to the faces of 71 children at Sullivan Apartments, Azalea Place Apartments, Paris Park Apartments, and Vista West Apartments through Angel Tree gifts. You also filled the hearts of 60 seniors at The Oaks at Laurel Baye with beautiful handmade quilts and brought joy to 40 seniors at Harmony Ridge Apartments with thoughtful gift baskets.in 2024

A special thank you to the amazing Knitting Group at Messiah Lutheran Church, the community at Rolling Green Village, and our wonderful partners at Schaumber Development, Affordable Upstate, NOAH Property Management, and the Greenville Housing Fund for making these gifts possible.

Additionally, 49 families at Sullivan Apartments, Azalea Place Apartments, Paris Park Apartments, and Vista West Apartments were able to celebrate the holidays with full hearts and full tables with holiday meal boxes.

Your kindness and support are deeply appreciated, and we are truly grateful for everything youโ€™ve done to make this season special for our neighbors. Together, weโ€™ve made this holiday season one to remember! โœจ๐Ÿ’

November 2024:

We are so thankful to our partners NOAH Property Management and Schaumber Development for working with us to gather holiday meals for our residents at Azalea Place Apartments, The Sullivan Apartments, Paris Park Apartments, and Vista West Apartments. We are so grateful to be able to provide 59 families with a holiday meal. We wish you all a happy and healthy holiday!

October 2024:

On Saturday, October 26, 2024, Leadwell 360, LLC proudly hosted our annual Fall Festival for the residents of The Sullivan Apartments and Paris Park Apartments. It was a fantastic day filled with fun, laughter, and community spirit as we celebrated the Fall season together!

Our festivities included a lively costume contest, creative pumpkin decorating, and candy bags for everyone. A huge thanks to our amazing partners- Schaumber Development, Affordable Upstate, NOAH Property Management, and Earle Street Baptist Church– for their invaluable support in making this event a success!

We canโ€™t wait to do it all again next year! ๐ŸŽƒ๐Ÿ‚

September 2024:

We would like to give thanks to our wonderful residents and partners NOAH Property Management, Affordable Upstate, Schaumber Development, and Greenville Housing Fund for coming together to assist us with providing meals for our communities and for providing a sense of normalcy during the heartbreaking aftermath of Hurricane Helene that affected our Upstate last week. We would also like to extend gratitude to Greenville County Emergency Management and the meals they have provided for our communities.

August 2024:

Leadwell 360 Consulting was honored to produce the 2024 SC State of Homelessness Report on behalf of the SC Interagency Council on Homelessness. To download the full report, visit www.schomeless.org.

Welcoming the Greenville Housing Fund as a new partner! We look forward to serving your tenants in our on-site supportive services program.

On August 26, 2024, Leadwell 360 Consulting partnered with the SC Interagency Council on Homelessness and the SC Department of Housing and Urban Development Field Office for a 3-hour session during the 2024 Carolinas Council Conference. The training focused on how Continuums of Care and Public Housing Authorities might collaborate to house more of our SC and NC citizens who experience housing insecurity.

July 2024:

Thank you, Upstate Warrior Solution and Bill Frady with 98.9 WORD for having us and NOAH Property Management to speak on affordable housing and supportive services.

Thank you, Upstate Warrior Solution, for having us and NOAH Property Management to host a housing event for veterans. We are so grateful for our partnership in assisting our Greenville friends with affordable housing solutions. We were able to house several veterans through our first event!

We are grateful to Lara Fernicola and her team at Pendleton Place for working with our families at The Sullivan Apartments to host the Strengthening Families Program (SFP). In partnership with the Children’s Trust Fund of SC, this provide provides a 14-week training course that helps parents learn positive discipline and communication skills to reduce conflict in the home. It also assists with developing social skills, relationships and school performance. What a great program!

A huge thanks to Rolling Green Village and The Greenville Housing Authority for working with us to provide backpacks and back-to-school supplies for our residents at The Sullivan Apartments. Over 50 backpacks and a lot of supplies were provided to students in need.

Grateful for our partnership with NOAH Property Management and Affordable Upstate. We had a wonderful turn out for our Supportive Services Event with our residents at Paris Park Apartments.

June 2024:

A huge thanks to the YMCA of Greenville, Jarrod Covington, and Matt Green for joining us and our residents at The Sullivan Apartments on Splash Day to provide free swimming lessons, life jackets, and the importance of pool safety.

A great day at The Sullivan Apartments as we celebrated the largest affordable housing complex built in Greenville, SC for more than a decade. Tanks Schaumber Development, for leading the way and bringing this 180-unit, beautiful complex to life! Leadwell 360, LLC is proud to work with Shaumber Development, NHE, Inc., and these wonderful residents to build a thriving community that provides personal growth and upward mobility for all.
