The Wren, The Spruce, and The Glade-Spartanburg:
On Wednesday, December 10, 2025, we held a door decorating contest for the residents of The Wren, The Spruce, and The Glade. A door decorating contest was a great way to engage residents within the community for the holidays. Each winner received a free holiday Turkey. Congratulations to the door winners below! We loved seeing such creativity throughout these three properties.



The Bryant and Willow Lakes-Spartanburg:
On Saturday, December 13, 2025, we held a Christmas Social for the residents of The Bryant and Willow Lakes Apartments from 2pm-4pm. This was our first event at these properties, and it was a huge success! We were so excited to see so many residents from each property come together to enjoy the Christmas Holiday. We provide snacks, light refreshments, and 8 Days of Christmas giftbags.



Trailside on Main-Spartanburg:
On Monday, December 15, 2025, we held out Christmas Social at Trailside on Main Apartments. The residents gathered to enjoy snacks, light refreshments, a donation table, and 8 Days of Christmas giftbags. We love getting to see and celebrate our Spartanburg residents.



The Oaks at Laurel Baye-Greenville:
On Saturday, December 17, 2025, we held our annual Christmas Social for our Seniors at The Oaks at Laural Baye Apartments. The residents enjoyed snacks, light refreshments, and giftbags. The owners also gifted our senior residents who were 90 years of age or older with a personal thanks from them. We are so grateful for our residents at The Oaks at Laurel Baye and for our partnership with Schaumber Development.



The Sullivan-Greenville:
On Saturday, December 6, 2025, we held our Christmas Social at The Sullivan Apartments. Residents gathered to enjoy snacks, light refreshments, a Christmas movie, a donation table, and 8 Days of Christmas giftbags. Each bag consisted of family friendly activities for families to enjoy together and share amongst themselves or a neighbor. This was a great way to come together and celebrate as a community.



Paris Park and Vista West I, II, and III-Greenville:
On Monday, December 22, 2025, our team delivered Angel Tree gifts to Paris Park and Vista West Residents. Our donors at Rolling Green Village community sponsored our youth residents at Paris Park and Vista West Apartments for Angel Tree this year. We are so grateful to Loie and our partnership with Rolling Green Village. The community at Rolling Green Village goes above and beyond for our residents each year and we cannot thank them enough. We also provided twenty families with $20 gift cards to Ingles.



Parkins Ridge Townhomes-Greenville:
The residents of Parkins Ridge Townhomes were encouraged to enter our Holiday Door Decorating Contest to receive a prize! We had some great participation from our residents at Parkins Ridge and our winner; Ms. Simpkins enjoyed a holiday turkey as her prize! We love seeing the creativity of our residents during the holiday season.



Century Plaza-Greenville:
On Tuesday, December 13, 2025, we held our Christmas Social for the residents of Century Plaza Apartments from 2pm-4pm. We also celebrated the Veterans on the property by providing Veteran gifts through our Veteran Liaison and Supportive Services Consultant, Thomas Wood. The community gathered to enjoy snacks, light refreshments, a donation table, and 8 Days of Christmas giftbags.



Mauldin Meadows-Greenville:
On Saturday, December 13, 2025, we held our Christmas Social at Mauldin Meadows Apartments. The residents came out to enjoy snack, light refreshments, a gift table, and 8 Days of Christmas giftbags. Families were encouraged to grab items from the donation table and a gift bag to enjoy with their families the eight days leading up to Christmas. Each bag consisted of family friendly activities that families could choose to share amongst themselves or a neighbor in the community.



Harmony Ridge-Travelers Rest:
On Monday, December 22, 2025, our team delivered handmade quilts to our senior residents at Harmony Ridge Apartments. We are so grateful to Peggy Snyder and our partnership with the Messiah Quilters at Messiah Lutheran Church who provide these quilts to our residents year-round as needed and during the holidays.


Overbrook Riley-Greenville:
On Tuesday, December 16, 2025, we held our Christmas Social from 2pm-4pm at the Overbrook Riley Apartments. The team provided snacks and refreshments, as well as 8 Days of Christmas bags. Each family received a bag of activities to enjoy together for the eight days leading up to Christmas. This was a great way to bring families together and share Christmas cards amongst the community.



November 2025
For the month of November, our team focused on the Thanksgiving holiday and food security across our portfolio. SNAP/EBT benefits were temporarily unavailable due to the government shutdown. We partnered with NHE and Walmart to gather donations for our families in need. Thanks to the generosity of our donors and partnerships, we were able to provide four days’ worth of meals and snacks for 65 households who temporarily lost their benefits.



Harmony Ridge-Travelers Rest:
On Tuesday, November 25, 2025, Leadwell 360 hosted a Thanksgiving Luncheon with the seniors of Harmony Ridge Apartments. The residents enjoyed a homemade Thanksgiving meal: turkey, ham, dressing, cranberry sauce, sweet potato casserole, macaroni and cheese, green bean casserole, rolls, and refreshments. We were also joined by our friend, Mariah, from the Greenville Housing Fund. We love the time spent with our residents at Harmony Ridge Apartments.



October 2025
This month, Leadwell 360, LLC expanded our portfolio in partnership with the NOAH Property Management team. We have welcome five additional Spartanburg properties to our portfolio: Willow Lakes, The Glade, The Wren, The Spruce, and The Bryant. We have also continued to expand our team in order to meet the needs of our clients. We look forward to serving these Spartanburg properties and furthering our partnerships in Spartanburg County.
The Oaks at Laurel Baye-Greenville:
On Friday, October 31, 2025, at 4pm we held our monthly Residents’ Council at The Baye where we also announced a winner for each floor. All residents were invited to participate in a door decorating contest for the month of October. Residents decorated their doors in either Fall of Halloween decor. All winners won ornaments and Christmas decorations. The residents also enjoyed cookies and refreshments while they brought ideas, questions, and concerns to the Residents’ Council. We always have a great turnout with our Seniors at The Baye!

The Sullivan-Greenville:

On Friday, October 24, 2025, from 6pm-7pm, the residents at The Sullivan enjoyed our Trunk-or-Treat event. We invited the parent residents to participate in a community Trunk-or-Treat. The children dressed up in their costumes, enjoyed pizza and light refreshments, and went Trunk-or-Treating. The kids were excited to get a headstart on Halloween and trick-or-treating!
Trailside on Main-Spartanburg:
On Thursday, October 30, 2025, from 4pm-6pm, the residents at Trailside on Main enjoyed our Trunk-or-Treat event. All parent residents were invited to participate in a Trunk-or-Treat. The kids were excited to get a head start on Halloween and trick-or-treating. We had a great turnout!

Paris Park-Greenville:

On Thursday, October 30, 2025, from 4pm-6pm, the residents at Paris Park enjoyed an early start to Halloween. We provided pizza, water, and the kids got to come trick-or-treat in the leasing office. There were three prized winners for best costume, each prized with a Chick-fil-A gift card.
Parkins Ridge Townhomes-Greenville:
On Friday, October 24, 2025, from 4pm-6pm, the Greenville Housing Fund and property management team for Century Plaza and Parkin Ridge had a Halloween Party for the residents of both properties. There were vendors, like Verizon, present. Residents dressed up in their costumes, played games, and got Halloween candy. The event was a huge success and allowed the communities to come together.

Century Plaza-Greenville:

On Friday, October 24, 2025, from 6pm-7pm, the residents of Century Plaza enjoyed their first Residents’ Council Meeting. The committee has already selected a Chair and Vice Chair and there is also a teen resident interested in forming a Teen Residents’ Council. We look forward on continuing to gather ideas and feedback from the Residents’ Council to make the changes residents want to see in their community.
Mauldin Meadows-Greenville:
On Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 1pm-3pm, the residents at Mauldin Meadows enjoyed a Trunk-or-Treat event. All residents were invited to participate their vehicle in a Trunk-or-Treat for the community. Children enjoyed dressing up in their costume and getting and early start to Halloween.

Harmony Ridge-Travelers Rest:

On Friday, October 31, 2025, from 1pm-3pm, the residents of Harmony Ridge enjoyed an afternoon of BINGO, light refreshments, and cookies. There were lots of BINGO winners with prize giveaways like a set of soup bowls, candy, notebooks, washcloths, notepads, and Walmart gift cards. We also announced our two winners of the door decorating contest, who both won Christmas door decorations! Our senior residents love a good BINGO game.
Overbrook Riley-Greenville:
On Thursday, October 30, 2025, the residents of Overbrook Riley enjoyed an early start to Halloween. The children came dressed in their favorite Halloween costumes and got Halloween candy bags filled with candy and prizes. We are so grateful that our residents at Overbrook Riley are really engaged in our community events, and we are excited to continue to have more!

September 2025
The Oaks at Laurel Baye-Greenville:

On Tuesday, September 23, 2025, we had a Residents Council meeting with the senior residents at The Oaks at Laurel Baye to discuss the upcoming changes and holiday happenings! As always, we discussed these plans over light food and refreshments.
Trailside on Main-Spartanburg:
For the month of September, a couple of the residents started to show an interest in being a part of a Residents Council. We will hold our very first virtual Residents Council meeting next month for the residents at Trailside on Main.
Parkins Ridge Townhomes-Greenville:

On Tuesday, September 30, 2025, our team drove to many of our partner sites to deliver fresh vegetable baskets to the residents who RSVP’d to receive a basket. Vegetables were provided by Tomato Vine. This was a great way to welcome the Fall season!
Paris Park-Greenville:
On Saturday, September 20, 2025, the Leadwell 360 team held a Fall Scavenger Hunt for the children/youth residents of Paris Park Apartments. Over 150 items were hidden and filled with candy and toys and a Chick-fil-A gift card prize was given to the resident who found the most items.

Century Plaza-Greenville:

It started raining, but that didn’t start these kiddos from competing and having a good time with their community friends.
Mauldin Meadows-Greenville:
To better understand the needs of our clients it is important to gauge the satisfaction and dissatisfaction of the residents we serve. This month, all residents throughout our portfolio have received a Resident Satisfaction Survey to complete at their own desire. The survey is scale based. We will take this feedback and share it with our partners to make the changes our residents would like to see within their community!
Vista West I, II, and III-Greenville:

On Thursday, September 11, 2025, Leadwell 360 and Riley Overbrook held their first ever Residents’ Council Meeting. We had a great turnout for our first Residents’ Council, and we are so excited for the ideas and and togetherness that the Overbrook Riley community will bring.

On Wednesday, July 02, 2025, we celebrated the our Veterans at The Oaks at Laurel Baye Apartments and installed a new flag. We held a flag ceremony and invited our partners at Schaumber Development, NHE, and Upstate Warrior Solution to join us in celebration. Our residents were so grateful for this tasteful new touch to their property.
Trailside on Main-Spartanburg:
On ,Tuesday, August 05, 2025, we held out Back-to-School Supplies Drive for the Trailside on Main residents. We supplied the school-aged residents with backpacks and supplies for the 2025/2026 school year. June 2025
Trailside on Main-Spartanburg:

On Tuesday, June 3, 2025, we held an End-of-School Year Bash for the student-aged residents of Trailside on Main. We provide outdoor games like Hopscotch, side-walk chalk, giant Jenga, water balloons, and music! We also provided Little Caesars pizza for the residents and provided Supportive Services flyers to the parents who attended.
The Oaks at Laurel Baye-Greenville:
On Friday, June 20, 2025, we held a BINGO and Ice Cream social for the senior residents at The Oaks at Laurel Baye. This event was great for community building and socializing.

Century Plaza-Greenville:

Leadwell 360 partnered with the Eastside YMCA to provide free swimming lessons to the youth residents of The Sullivan. On Thursday, June 12, 2024, we held a Donuts for Dads event for the children of Mauldin Meadows to gift their dads with donuts for Father’s Day.
On Wednesday, June 25, 2025, the Eastside YMCA joined Leadwell 360 to start the Aquatics Pool Safety Swim Lessons.
Vista West I and II-Greenville:
On Wednesday, June 18, 2025, we held a Cookout and Water Balloon fight for Vista West I and II residents. We had grilled hotdogs, chips, cookies and water. The children participated in a water balloon fight to kick-off the Summer season!

Harmony Ridge-Travelers Rest:

On Thursday, June 12, 2025, we held an Ice Cream Bar and Residents’ Council for Harmony Ridge seniors. The residents gave input and ideas on more activities and things they would like to do and see on-site.
On Tuesday, June 24, 2025, Leadwell 360 and The Greenville Housing Fund held a Rent Cafe Training for the senior residents. We taught the resident how to navigate the online rental system.
The Riley Overbrook-Greenville:
On Wednesday, June 4th, 2025, we joined Schaumber Development and The Greenville Housing Fun for the grand opening of our newest partner property Overbrook Riley. Overbrook Riley is a brand-new affordable housing development that features 88 beautifully modern 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units. A big thanks to our partners for sharing this special day with us. We are so grateful to provide supportive services to the residents of this amazing new property.

May 2025
Century Plaza and Mauldin Meadows-Greenville:

On Wednesday, May 28, 2025, the Eastside YMCA and our team were on-site at our Century Plaza Apartments and Mauldin Meadows Apartments to provide Aquatic Sign-up Lessons. We have partnered with the Eastside YMCA to provide free swimming lessons to our residents to ensure water safety this Summer!
The Sullivan and Paris Park-Greenville:
We held Aquatic Sign-up Lessons for our residents at The Sullivan Apartments and Paris Park Apartments on Friday, May 23, 2025. We have partnered with the Eastside YMCA to provide free swimming lessons to our residents this Summer to ensure water safety on our partner properties.

Parkins Ridge-Greenville:

On Saturday, May 17, 2025, the Supportive Services team were on-site at Parkins Ridge Townhomes to provide support and introduce our services to the residents. We handed out Supportive Services flyers and Job Fair flyers to those who were interested.
Mauldin Meadows-Greenville:
We celebrated the mothers of Mauldin Meadows on Friday, May 9, 2025, by providing roses for the children. The children were able to pick a rose and give it to their mothers to express their love for Mother’s Day. Happy Mother’s Day to all of the wonderful mothers out there!

Vista West I and II-Greenville:

On Monday, May 5, 2025, we celebrated Cinco de Mayo with our residents at Vista West I and II Apartments. We provided a taco bar, games, and music. Supportive Services and Job Fair flyers with distrubted to residents as well. Thank you to the NOAH Property Management staff who helped facilitate this effort in bringing the Vista West residents together to create a sense of community.
Harmony Ridge-Travelers Rest:
We were so grateful to have volunteered at our partner property Harmony Ridge Apartments on Saturday, May 3, 2025, for (HOG) Hands on Greenville Day. We adore our seniors at Harmony Ridge and loved being a part in the landscaping and beautification of the property. Thank you to our partner Greenville Housing Fund for inviting our team to be a part of this special day.

The Riley Overbrook-Greenville:

We welcomed out newest partner property The Riley Overbrook Apartments Friday, March 14, 2025. On Thursday, May 01, 2025, we held our first Residents’ Council. We provided the residents with our Supportive Services flyers, Job Fair flyers, and Renters Rights and Responsibilities flyers. It was great to meet the Property Management team and several of the residents and we look forward to providing our services to the residents of this property.
April 2025
Mauldin Meadows-Greenville:
On Saturday, April 19, 2025, we held an Easter Egg Hunt Event at Mauldin Meadows Apartments. Pastor Mosley and the staff of Victory Life Christian Center provided an outdoor lunch: hotdogs, hamburgers, chips, and drinks for the residents and even went door-to-door with meals for those residents who didn’t come out. We are so grateful for our continued growth in community and partnerships.

We held an East Egg Hunt Event for the residents at Paris Park Apartments on Friday, April 18, 2025. We had a huge turn out with over 150 hidden eggs and 3 golden prize eggs with Chick-fil-A gift-cards. We also provided Job Fair flyers to residents who were interested.
The Oaks at Laurel Baye-Greenville:
Our Seniors at The Baye love sweet treats and on Thursday, April 17, 2025, the Leadwell Supportive Services Team went door-to-door at The Oaks at Laurel Baye to hand-deliver Easter goody bags and cards to each senior resident.

Sullivan-Greenville:

On Saturday, April 12, 2025, we held an East Egg Hunt Event for the residents of The Sullivan Apartments. Over 100 eggs were hidden with two golden eggs with Chick-fil-A gift card prizes!

The turnout was huge with over 100 hidden eggs and two golden prize eggs with Chick-fil-A gift-cards. We also provided Job Fair flyers to residents who were interested.

Harmony Ridge-Travelers Rest:

On Thursday, April 10, 2025, we delivered 40 spring-cleaning baskets to the senior residents of Harmony Ridge Apartments. Each bucket included the following: sponges, Fabuloso, dish soap, spray bottles with vinegar solution, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and a festive Easter dish towel along with an Easter card for the holiday.
March 2025
The Oaks at Laurel Baye-Greenville:
We held our monthly Residents’ Council Meeting at The Oaks at Laurel Baye on Saturday, March 8, 2025, and introduced Empowered Living Home Care services and sign-up to the senior residents. Empowered Living Home Care has partnered with our team to serve the residents at The Baye with basic homecare needs such as light concierge work, like taking the trash for those who aren’t as mobile and light housekeeping. The turnout was great, and we are so grateful for the impact this service has shown to our seniors at The Baye.

Sullivan-Greenville:

On Friday, March 14, 2025, the Supportive Services team held a Paint and Sip Event for the Sullivan residents. Everyone tapped into their inner artists while creating memories, laughter, and community spirit. A huge thanks to everyone who joined us on an evening well spent!
Trailside on Main-Spartanburg:
We held a resident Meet and Greet and Trailside on Main on Saturday, March 22, 2025. The Supportive Services Team provided sandwiches and chips and shared Supportive Services flyers with the residents to introduce our services.

Paris Park and Vista West I and II-Greenville:

On Saturday, March 22, 2025, we held a Spring-Cleaning Event for the residents at Paris Park Apartments, Vista West I Apartments, and Vista West II Apartments. We distributed 40 cleaning supply buckets to the residents between both properties. Each bucket contained the following items: sponges, Fabuloso, dust cloths, dish soap, spray bottles with vinegar solution, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and an informative card in English and Spanish explaining how vinegar solution can be used.
February 2025
In 2024, our Leadwell 360 team had the privilege of collaborating with so many awesome organizations and individuals dedicated to improving the lives of others. Our Leadwell 360 2024 Impact Report offers a snapshot of our work together. We are grateful to all our partners. These are the people who never hesitate to roll up their sleeves and pitch in to help those in need.

Trailside on Main-Spartanburg:

We held our first Meet and Greet at Trailside on Main in Spartanburg on Thursday, February 06, 2025, to introduce our Supportive Services Program to residents. We took the opportunity to share our supportive services flyers along with Valentine treat bags and cards for the children. We were excited to meet many of the residents and look forward to working with them.
Century Plaza-Greenville:
We were also excited to meet some of the residents and their children at Century Plaza Apartments on Saturday, February 08, 2025. While the team got to know the parents, the children colored their favorite characters like Bluey and Peppa Pig. They also received a Valentine treat bag and cards to share with their friends.

Sullivan-Greenville:

We held a Teen Game Night at The Sullivan Apartments on Tuesday, February 11, 2025. We shared pizza, cupcakes, and Valentine treat bags with nearly 30 children in The Sullivan community while they designed their own Vision Boards, played TikTok Mash, Jenga, Dominos, Bingo, Trivia, Tag, and more.
Harmony Ridge- Travelers Rest:
We love spending time with our seniors at Harmony Ridge! On Friday, February 14, 2025, we held a Bingo Bonanza for the residents. The group enjoyed Valentine cupcakes and Bingo prizes like fuzzy socks, chocolate candy, calendars, notebooks, and more.

The Oaks at Laurel Baye-Greenville:

Our seniors at The Oaks at Laurel Baye were surprised by our Supportive Services Team who hung Valentine treat bags and cards on every door.
Paris Park/Vista West I and II-Greenville:
Our team was on-site on Friday, February 14, 2025, to greet potential new and current residents, providing information on our Supportive Services Program and handing out Valentine treat bags to the community.

Mauldin Meadows-Greenville:

We were excited to be at Mauldin Meadows to host a Heart Healthy Event on Saturday, February 22, 2025. The Supportive Services team at Leadwell 360 invited a local healthcare team to share heart-healthy tips as well as provided blood pressure and glucose checks. We also introduced the Supportive Services Program to residents.
